City In The Sky Over Fochan China (breakdown)


The city in the sky video taken over Fochan, China has been taking the world by storm. Scientists are claiming it is nothing more than a trick of light, while some think this is part of the 'Blue Beam Project'. No one really knows, but our resident breakdown expert Phil Poling of Parabreakdown took time again out of his extremely busy schedule to put a voice-over over video for us and give us his take on this weird occurrence.
